I paid to upgrade to Acrobat Standard today and paid the extra $6.99 for AI Assistant for Acrobat. I was watching videos on the website after purchasing about ways to use the AI Assistant and one recommended uploading job postings and asking the AI Assistant what the top 5 skills are for that role, and then opening your resume and asking the AI Assistant to help you add bulletpoints to showcase those skills as a way to help boost your resume with many companies using AI to screen resumes now and if you don't match a certain number of keywords they'll toss your resume aside even if you are more than qualified for the position.
I opened a job posting and then clicked on the AI Assistant button on the top right and asked the question, hit Agree to the user guidelines, and then a pop up window opened, loaded for a few seconds, and then says "We couldn't complete your request. Something went wrong. Please try again." with buttons for Cancel or Try Again. I tried a few times and it didn't work, so I updated the program and then tried again several times but I keep getting the same message.
Can someone please help me figure out how to get the AI Assistant to work? It's frustrating paying for a feature that I can't even use!

Also, I tried it on the website version as well and it has said "Processing Document" for over 10 minutes now... FOR A 2 PAGE DOCUMENT that I converted from Word to a PDF! It won't load documents that I've used the Print to PDF function on from Chrome either, those being 2-3 page documents as well!

I am also having issues with Adobe AI Assistant, it keeps trying to process the document or shows an error message saying to try again later. It's very frustrating.

While we review this and ask you for more details, please use this link of Acrobat web: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools# to use this feature on a browser.
Please let me know if this issue is happening with all the files or just a few. The issue "Something went wrong" may happen if the file is protected or has issues with language parsing, among other things.
Regarding processing, it may be a momentary lapse in the service. Try using the Acrobat web on the same file, and let us know how it works for you. Also, please share the file with us if possible.

The issue is occuring in most files since last 2 days. Not in all. Also the link you shared just leads me back to the acrobat app already installed on my laptop when I select the option in it. Also, I dont think one needs the pro version to use AI Assistant, and that is the only option I saw in the shared link. And I have the acrobat app on my laptop, so pls clarify what you mean by Acrobat web, isnt it the same; I am unable to understand

You should be able to see something like this (check the screenshot attached) - if you aren't able to see the attachment, open the conversation in the browser and you will be able to see the attached screenshot. Try the AI assistant and let me know if this helps. Ensure you are logged in on this link with the same Adobe ID you are logged in on Acrobat.

The product engineering found there were some issues with the file; however, 24 out of 27 times, the AI assistant worked during our testing. Would you please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue or not?

I paid one year subscription of AI assistant, so far it doesnt work for me, telling that i need to subscribe, and pay, when i have actually one year subscription paid at once.

This is unacceptable! I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. You sold a product that doesn't work. I have wasted over two hours on Acrobat and am so fed up with it. I want my money back!
