now I have paid for the plan 8.25 Euro and it's paid from my card , but the AI assistent in Adobe still not answring and says select a plan

The generative AI features in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader currently support English only. Please ensure that the application language is set to English. Try signing out once, rebooting the machine, and signing in again. Check if you can access the service.
Also, confirm if you use the same email address for the subscription used to sign in here in the community. We checked the account using that email address and did not find any active subscription under that account.
If you get any error message, share the screenshot. Also, share your Adobe ID used to purchase the subscription in a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
