AI Assistant problems

I paid for AI Assistant but everytime I try to use it I get a message that I am not authorized. I have logged out and back in multiple times.

Hi @ea_8449,

 

Sorry for the troubled experience. Is the machine you are using your personal machine or an IT-managed machine? Ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for updates. 

 

If the issue re-occurs: 

1. Help us with the OS name and version.
2. Acrobat version. 
3. Could you please share a screenshot or video of the issue at your end. 


In the meantime, you may try using this functionality using Acrobat Web: https://www.acrobat.com/ 

I checked your account details; the subscription should be active. It seems there are no problems in the backend system.
