Al instalar adobe Pro DC me da "error interno"

Buenas tardes a todos. Tengo el problema de que al instalar el Acrobar Pro DC desde el Creative Cloud, al correr el programa me da un mensaje que indica "errro interno" y el aplicativo no funciona. Ya he desintalado y vuelto a instalar el acrobat desde el cloud varias veces. Borré la memoria caché de Windows, he reinicado la máquina varias veces y no funciona.

 

Alguien podría, por favor, orientarme en cómo resolver el problema?

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that resolves the issue for you.

Thank you very much, Amal. I follwed the procedure that you recommended me. Unfotunately, it doesn´t wok. The Acrobat showed again the same error message, as you can see below.

 

Do you have another idea?
