During the last days, an alert regarding to License Expiration appears some seconds before opening a PDF file.
I do not understand why if I have an automatic renewal authorization.
Have one of you experienced something like this with the software? How can it be repair?
Thanks in advance,

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a freeware application and doesn't require any renewal. For more information, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html
Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Hi there
Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the error message. Do you have any security software installed on your machine that might be conflicting with the application ability to connect to the Internet? If yes, please try to turn off the security software (For testing purposes) and see if that helps.
Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risks.
Also please check your connection with Adobe servers and try to reset the host file as described in the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html#Howtofixconnection...
Regards
Amal
