Allow checkbox to be ticked only once weblink has been clicked

I am trying to create a fillable document that once an weblink has been clicked on the pdf it will allow the user to tick a checkbox, confirming they have opened the weblink. Is this possible???

Yes. You can add a check-box field and then use a script to tick it when the button to launch the web-site is clicked.

Or do you want the used to do that themselves?
