Alt text display to garbled code in Acrobat exported PDF for Word file of greek language. Is there anyone who can help solve this problem?

The PDF saved by Word software is displayed correctly, but I need to export the PDF using Acrobat.

Would you mind sharing more details about the workflow/steps you are taking to create the PDF from the MS Word file, a small video recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity.

In the meantime, please try the steps given below and see if that works:

• Open the MS Word document
• Go to Acrobat Ribbon at the top right corner in the toolbar 
• Click on Preferences > Advanced Settings > Fonts > Select, 'Embed all fonts' > Click OK
