I have to password protect files and I work in a not so tech literate office. Staff have to send me a form, at least 2 backups, and need to digitally sign a form. The order of operations goes: Staff send me their request (form, backups, signed), I do my part, sign the form myself.
Is there a way to get around not being able to attach the files in the PDF, and password protect the whole package? Right now I'm having to place everything in a security envelope and with the volume I have to deal with it's pretty time consuming. Is there an easier way around this?
I have access to AEM so I can redo the form if there's a security function I was not aware of.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
As I understood from the above description, are you trying to combine the signed PDF files together and password-protect them? If yes, we can not combine the signed PDFs together as per the design behavior of the application.
Alternatively, you may try to create the PDF portfolio of the signed files and apply password protection to the portfolio and see if that works for you as described in the help pages listed below:

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
