Any further word on this issue? We are starting to get sporadic calls reporting the same problem.

For a wide-spread and known error like this, there should be an announcement on the creative cloud app, a pinned section for information.
1- At least Creative Cloud App would have a proper use in this way, that users can see update info, fixes and known bugs etc.
2- You could prevent users from applying wrong fixes found online for similar issues to problems that are recent, just like this internal error.

Hi There,
I'm having the same issue. This morning my computer started to go wierd with Acrobat.
I've tried to unninstall and install again from Adobe Cloud but the error keeps coming back.
I cannot preview my Pdfs and this is getting really annoying.

I'm having the same problem. It keeps popping up and I can't preview PDFs.
