I have contacted Adobe many times. They are not resolving the issue. The following is the latest send: Again, I am receiving 'an internal error occurred' regarding adobe pdf. Please fix, last time I contacted Adobe they said it was a defective hardware, not their software. This is not true. Every single time I open a pdf I get the window which says 'an internal error occurred' does not matter hard drive on laptop or desktop or a usb.

Ran AcroCleaner, Uninstalled, reinstalled Adobe Acrobat App. Same problem

You're getting the same error on different computers with every PDF, or how should I understand your post? What have those computers in common?
