I want to be able to write on top of a PDF as a handwritten note and highlight text using my Samsung Galaxy tablet S7+ I don't want to make notes that you have to click on to find out what was written. Think of it as an old school textbook where you will highlight words or paragraphs and be able to write in the margins a quick note.
I haven't found any way to do this on a PDF document. I have the PDF cloud I have PDF Adobe pro as well as many of the other Adobe products but anytime I want to edit a PDF it's extremely cumbersome.
I simply want to open the PDF read through the document highlight make written hand notes so when I go back to review it it's easy to spot.
I I don't want to have to open up several menus to get to this I'd like it to be simple and smooth does anyone know how to do this it would be greatly appreciated and make my life so much better
