annotating while using Microsoft Surface & Pen

I love the experience of annotating on an ipad using Apple's pencil. There is a blue button on the bottom right hand corner that is easy to get to and annotate. When I try get the similiar experience on my Surface using its pen I find it to be cumbersome. Erasing is more difficult. Rather than deleting a line it instead deletes part of the line. The undo button is in the menu as opposed to the toolbar as it is on the ipad. It would be great to match the experience between the two devices.
