Annoying pdf reset button

First - creating these fillable forms is annoying, especially with reader rights and digital signatures.

So my issue is that the reset button is not working once I save via File>Save As Other>Reader Extended PDF. . . . blah blah blah

Before I saved, I did a preview, tested it and then reset the fields in which ALL pages of my pdf cleared.

Now when I take a copy  and move it to another folder, I try it and it DOESN'T work.  Neither does the digital signature.

WTF Adobe.   Can someone help?  I've already been working on this since 8am and it's noon.

You expect to learn all about forms in four hours? One thing to learn is to always be sure to keep the file just before giving reader rights or signatures, as you often can't go back. Though you can remove reader rights usually with SAVE A COPY.

Please explain "doesn't work", in detail. What happens?

Also, be aware that the Reader Rights are not required anymore if the file is opened in Reader XI or higher, or if you use some special commands in your scripts that require it. For most purposes, it's not needed any longer.

nm. I figured it out by googling and some dude in india had a video.  by choosing rollover rather than up fixed this issue

Digital signature fixed itself. Not sure but I'm glad it did

Resetting a form when the mouse hovers over a button is not a good idea...
