any way to automatically rename text fields?

Hi, I'm putting together an interactive form in adobe acrobat pro,
I used the wizard to automatically create things but it missed out on a whole bunch all over the place so I've had to create them myself.

The quickest way to create them was for me to set up a row and just copy and paste (or alt+drag) them to repeat.

The problem I ran into is they now all have the same name so when you fill in one it fills in them all.
Is there a way to automatically assign a new name to them now to save me having to go into each one and manually rename every single one individually?
(some pages have 50+ text fields, so it's not a simple process)

I'm new to creating interactive forms, and acrobat seems incredibly clumsy for setting up large forms.
Any help or tips to this end would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

There's no easy way of doing it, unfortunately... If you don't care what the new field names are, as long as they are unique, check out this tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Rename Duplicate Fields to Unique Fields
