AOSignのICカート電子証明書における署名について

AOSignのICカードより電子証明書を取り込んで、Acrobat Readerにて、デジタル署名を行おうとしておりますが、デジタルIDの一覧には当該署名が表示されていて、最後の署名ボタンを押しても無反応の状態で署名を付与することが出ません。

何か設定が必要でしょうか？

ちなみに署名の画面でレビューボタンを押すと、「この文書には、視覚的な完全性に影響する可能性があるコンテンツが含まれていません」という警告が表示されています。

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. 

"This document does not contain content that may affect the visual integrity," means that the document's visual elements (like text, images, etc.) are stable and not likely to change unexpectedly during operations like digital signing.

The issue you are experiencing with using the digital certificate from the card is this occurring with a particular PDF file or all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Try updating the firmware of the digital certificate card and reboot the device once, and see if that works.

Also, go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Signature > Identities and Trusted Certificates > More > Under Digital IDs, Remove the previously added Digital ID and reconfigure it. Click on Add the Digital ID and select 'a device connected to this computer' > click Next and follow the onscreen instructions.
