Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? What is the workflow/steps you are taking? A small video recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity.

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or were you experiencing it earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Application and the OS you are using? To check the version of the app, go to Help > About Acrobat (https://adobe.ly/3G5Lbde )and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.205XX. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the device once.

 

Also, try to log out of the application, reboot the app, and relaunch with your Adobe credentials and see if that works. 

 

To recover the files, if you have saved them on Adobe Document Cloud, please log in to https://adobe.ly/4484ZEO , go to the 'Documents' tab, check for 'Your files' , and see if that helps.
