Append "Signed" to file name automatically after saving a signed document

On the older versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro, there was a feature such that signing a document and then saving it would automatically add "Signed" to the end of the file name for that document. I was wondering if this is still a feature that exists on the new Adobe Acrobat DC version or if it has been removed.
