Append to pdf using printer driver

A competing product PDF-Xchange offers a printer driver that allows a user to append to an existing PDF file.  This is very useful to me when I want the output of several screen captures to be in the same document.

I have loaded the Adobe printer driver from the Pro version but it does not appear to support this functionality.  

Am I missing something?  How would this be supported using Adobe products?

The Adobe products do not have this (useful) feature at all. You'd have to make separate PDFs, then combine them using Acrobat.
