Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the application is crashing since you updated the application to the new version.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing that leads you to application crashing?

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu > repair installation (Win Only) and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

Also please go through the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Regards

Amal

Hello i am facing the same issue from last 3 days in Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Indesign CC- the softwares stops responding after few minutes or freezes and they open a lot of background tasks before freezing. I have updated all my graphic drivers and have enough RAM Space. The problem continues in trial adobe versions also.
