Apps Crash on Startup

My Adobe apps are crashing on startup. I have tried everything the AI assistant told me to, like removing all apps, removing credentials, signing out, restarting, etc., but it is not working. It crashes on startup, and I cannot sign in to the app, although I am signed in to the Creative Cloud. I click sign in repeatedly, but it doesn't let me and it closes the app. I have a video recording of the issue. Can you please help me?

Try launching the app and navigating to Menu > Help > Check for Updates to install any pending updates. You can also follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: Fix Acrobat crash on launch.

If you’ve already tried the steps in the article, use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove the installed app and any corrupt files. Then, restart your machine, reinstall Acrobat, and ensure all mandatory and optional operating system updates are installed.

If the issue persists and the app continues to crash, please collect the crash logs from your machine and share them with us for further investigation.
