I downloaded adobe acrobat pro license - but don't seem to have access to 'request signatures'? what can i do? do i have no choice but to buy the subcription version?

i have adobe acrobat pro 2020 and i see yours says adobe acrobat pro DC.  I don't see the 'request signature' tool like you do. Whats the difference?

Could you please confirm if you are using the application on a personal machine or the works machine?

We did check your account with the email address used to sign in to the community and unable to locate any license under your Adobe account. Please confirm if you are using a different email address to log in to the Acrobat Pro 2020 application.

I am using it on my work computer. The company I work for bought the license for me to use. I just need to know if I can request signatures from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. If not I will have to cancel the license and buy something else. This is the version I have:

This feature is in Acrobat Pro DC only, not in Acrobat Pro 2020.
