arithmetic over/underflow

I am getting over/underflow error, below is the formula and related values:

UtilizedContractValue = 0

ApprovedContractValue = 0

$=(UtilizedContractValue/ApprovedContractValue)

When you open the form both values are zero initially.

Need help to resolve it trough 'FormCalc'
