Good afternoon, everyone, how are you?
Recently I'm having problems with my Adobe Reader 7.0 Pro license, my subscriptions are no longer being recognized automatically, before it wasn't necessary to do anything, just enter the program and now even doing manual confirmation, it's causing problems, how can I solve this? question? Was there a problem on my side or on Adobe's side?
The signatures are left as unknown, either with an X in the electronic signature or with a question mark as unknown. This issue only happens with my version, the service provider opens it and everything is fine with his Adobe subscriptions.
Below is a printout of this question.
That's an extremely old version, not supported by Adobe and not compatible with any current OS. Also, it never had a subscription license, only a "perpetual" one. Either way, we can't help you with it.

In addition to what the other answers already said, the age of Acrobat 7 also means that it doesn't support many currently common signature modes and algorithms. Thus, you shouldn't be surprised to find it unable to handle current signatures.

Hi, @Luiz-IAE, I'm not sure what to tell you. Acrobat 7 was released in Dec. 2004, and reach EOL (End of Life) in Dec. 2009. What that means is that Adobe will do nothing to fix any issues you have, nor will try to keep the program functioning with operating systems that can out after that 2009 deadline.
Just out of curiosity, have you updated your computer or operating system since 2009? If so, and if Acrobat is not functioning properly, Adobe will do nothing.
On the other hand, if you have been using the same computer (with the same OS) since 2009 and, for whatever reason, need to reinstall Acrobat, I'm not sure what can be done for you.
You do not identify what country you are in, but I suggest you look up the contact mechanisms available to you and see if they can help. These forums are primarily intended to help folks with how to do things in Acrobat since we do not work for Adobe — we are volunteers who try to help folks as best we can.
By the way, there is no such thing as Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro. Acrobat Reader (or Adobe Reader) is a free application that allows people to access and perform some basic functions with PDFs. Acrobat Pro (or Adobe Acrobat Pro) can be obtained on a subscription basis, and with that, you can create and manipulate PDFs.
I'm sorry, I wish I could help you more.
