Existe uma forma de colocar a assinatura digital em várias páginas sem precisar ficar salvando o arquivo e recomeçando o processo a cada assinatura?

No, and there's no need to do it, either. A digital signature applies to the entire file as a whole, not to a specific page.
If you want to "sign" each page you can use the Stamp tool, and then digitally sign it once when done.

If you have a single signature with multiple visualizations on your mind, then this is not an arbitrary limitation of Acrobat . Instead, the current PDF specification, ISO 32000-2, specifies:
The location of a signature within a document can have a bearing on its legal meaning. For this reason, signature fields shall never refer to more than one annotation.
NOTE 3 If more than one location is associated with a signature, the meaning can become ambiguous.
(There are a number of services out there that generate single signatures with multiple visualizations. Many of them strictly speaking generate invalid PDFs, so their signatures may eventually be rejected by validators.)
