Assistance needed want to auto populate feilds for date etc but not just when viewed in adobe?

Hello,

Can anybody help me please, I am very new to using Adobe Acrobat,

I auto populate feilds for date etc but not just when viewed in adobe? or even have a drop down menu of dates. When I view in adobe etc it is there but when the form is uploaded elsewhere although fillable these options are not present.
