Recently, I have NOT been able to attach files via Link when using MS Outlook (Version 2204 Build15128.20248)

I get a message "You are not signed in to Acrobat. Please re-open Acrobat, sign-in and retry. If issue still persists, close and re-open Outlook"

Despite doing both of these many times, issue still persists.

Hi Donalo

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to attach the files via the link in MS Outlook? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Please check for any missing/pending updates for outlook and Adobe Acrobat and reboot the computer and see if that works. To update the application go to Help > Check for updates.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal

Amal,
Thank for your response.

I have done all the things you suggest many times since I first reported
this issue last last year. On 31 Dec last, I had a long chat with a
colleague, but the issue remains unresolved. See Adobe Case
ADB-22546809-N6R9.

Basically I have ensured that both my Acrobat and MS Outlook are up to date
- as I pay personally for both.

As requested, I attach a video showing how I tried to include a link (in an
email) but got a message saying that I was not logged in to Acrobat.
As far as I am concerned, this error only emerged last last year (ie. Q4.
2021), as it had worked very well up to then.

Amal,
I attached a video of the steps I took.
As you either did not get it or could not open it, I attach it again

Given that the combination of Acrobat and MS Outlook will not enable me
to give a link to Adobe Cloud, I am very puzzled by your suggestion that I
use another cloud service.
I already pay Abobe monthly. This means that I am NOT getting part of the
service I pay for.
Your suggestion that I try another cloud service leaves something to be
desired.
