I have adobe 24.512 installed and when I try to have a document selected and scan to attach it to the original document, it scans through what seems fine but then closes my adobe with no logs. I have logs enabled but none get generated when the app crashes like this.

Update, now adobe is not scanning at all. I have tried to repair the install and reinstall completely and still the issue occurs. I have tried on a different computer with same steps and issue is still there for scanning. I have already reinstalled the scanner drivers and tried different scanners to no avail.

Hope you are doing well.
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.2089x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here (https://adobe.ly/3WdAE5i)
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4bqFDnm), reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link (https://adobe.ly/3xzSGFn)
