Authorization Services Refused to Connect

Screen Shot 2022-04-28 at 11.09.34 AM.pngDoes anyone know why I might be getting a 'refused to connect' unhappy paper face when I try to view a PDF on my website? My colleagues aren't experiencing this problem, so it seems local to me. I updated Acrobat yesterday.
