Hello, I use the Acrobat paid version. Depsite the fact that the auto detect box is checked in the Preferences "commenting" section, Acrobat does not auto detect when I use a pen. It works perfectly well in other apps. I have to select comment each time I want to annotate a PDF, and even doing so Acrobat finds it hard to recognize when I am writing, leaving sometimes just spots instead of letters. I unistalled and resinstalled Acrobat, this solved the issue for a while before reverting to the same problem. I am on Windows 11 and an Asus touch PC. Please help, thank you

Thanks for the info! Actually, we also need the specific touch device info you are using like Surface Pro(7/8/X) or any other device so that we can try to replicate the issue inhouse.

Arvind
