There are text fields in a fill and sign document that are multi-line data entry with the text size set to auto. Instead of autosizing the text over multiple lines to fill the space reasonably, the text gets squished and shrunk to fit on a single line that is far too small to read. I've tried toggling various features off and back on. I even tried creating a new template in case it was simply a glitch with using old templates. Still getting the same issue. Is there a way to fix this?
It happens when a recipient submits the completed form. It looks normal when typing but small when final PDF received. I attached screenshots of settings, fields when complete and while filling out the form.

Alyssa, thanks for posting your question about adjusting the text size for your fields within your PDF. Did you turn on the multi-line option in the text field attributes as described in https://adobe.ly/44HRoFD. This setting only allows for multiple lines of text to be entered into the field. It will not make it a requirement, so you may want to check the method being used to enter data into the field to see if this option has already been enabled.
If you want the form to look consistent, then I would recommend setting a text size and ensuring that scroll long text is turned on. This will also help reduce any problems that might be occurring with the text being input from different sources. If you are unable to resolve the autosizing of text, then choosing a consistent text size, multi-line, and scrolling long text will give you the best output. ^JW
