Automatic duplication of text in unsolicited format

Sto compilando un format on line in pdf e appena scrivo su una casella mi duplica il testo nelle altre cancellano quello che ho scritto prima

As I understand, the text you add in one form field is getting duplicated to other form fields in the PDF form.

If that is correct, then the form fields seem to have a similar name. It is a designed behavior for PDF forms.

If you create multiple form fields with the same name, the information in one form field gets duplicated to all other form fields.

In this case, you will need to change the form fields' names. If you have not created this PDF form, then you will need to reach out to the PDF form creator.
