Our Creative Cloud plan renewed on December but when I click on plans its empty, aslo when I click on invoices it shows noting,  though the credit card statement show that Adobe took the payment.

Hi there,

We appreciate you writing in. We are happy to help!

We have checked your account and we see that you do not have any active subscription under the email address associated with the community.

Please log in to the Adobe account and you should be able to see all the active plans.

https://account.adobe.com/

Also, please check if you may have signed up with Adobe with an alternate email address

Since, this is a community forum, you will need to contact the Support team to discuss further on the account and billing issue so that they can help you.

We are happy to share the link that can help you to connect with the Adobe Customer support via chat.

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

In 2020 we purchased a single license which auto renewal under this account for Finetubes company up to last year renewal I was able to see the subscription, this this year subscription has not shown.  Interestingly the PC that uses the software can login fine and use it.

We want to and a second subscription to this.

a single license can be teams, enterprise or individual.  because adding a second license makes the most sense if you have a teams or enterprise subscription, i'll assume that's what you're asking about.

if that's true, have the plan admin contact adobe support:  open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

however, IF some company purchased an individual license:

sign into adobe.com using the id/password for that license and contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
