Automatically insert cover page PDF before multiple PDFs

New Here ,
Oct 29, 2025 Oct 29, 2025

Hi everyone,

I want to do the following in Adobe Acrobat:

I have a PDF that should always be the first page (i.e., the cover).

I also have several other PDFs. My first PDF should be attached to the front of each of these PDFs, i.e., as the title or cover page.

Important:

The PDFs should not all be merged into one large file.

Each file should remain separate, just with my cover PDF as the first page.

I want to do this automatically in batches (i.e., for many files at once).

Does anyone have any tips on how to do this in Adobe Acrobat?

Hi maurice_5410,

Thank you for reaching out.

By default, there is no option to simultaneously add a page as a cover in multiple PDFs. However, you may try to use the action wizard tool in Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/4hCU3pd

Check if that helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Yes, you can do it with the Action Wizard. Create an Action with the Insert Page command, set the options to insert your cover page as the first page, and then add a Save command and run it on your other files.

Hi,
thank you very much for your quick support.
I already thought that I could do it via an action, but I can't create the action I need to execute my case.
I'm a little lost here.
