Automatically Match and Replace Fonts in Multi-page PDF

Hi.
This is regarding Acrobat's feature of matching & substituting fonts in scanned PDFs via automatic custom font generation.

I've run several large scanned PDFs (up to 1000 pages) through the Scan & OCR > "Enhance scanned file" function, with the "Recognise text" box checked.

I noticed that it is still necessary, after the hours-long process, to click text element (and start typing) before new text — which matches the look of the original fonts in my scanned image — is loaded as a substitute for the original pixel-based / pixelated text.

I've stuck to Acrobat over other industry-standard OCR solutions, primarily for this function which essentially 'vectorises' my text in PDFs. However, I desperately need it to replace the custom generated fonts automatically without having to manually click uncountable text boxes.

Is there any way this can be done automatically? If not, kindly suggest any alternate softwares that can do this.

Should I be setting a trigger action, and if so, can the action be bulk-applied to all pages?
