Autosave in Adobe Pro DC?

Adobe DC continually crashes. No auto save option - valuable work gets lost again and again. This is a professional, purchased version, so this is highly frustrating. An earlier free Reader version was at least able to retrieve unsaved information after a crash - which makes the questionable results with DC even less understandable.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, Acrobat Pro DC is crashing, Is that correct?

Assuming you are using a Windows machine, please refer and try the solution from the following KB doc Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

I have checked the records and found that you are not subscribed to any license/subscription/Volume license of Acrobat Pro DC with your current Adobe ID.

For auto-saving feature of Acrobat Pro DC, you may refer to the following KB docs Saving PDFs in Adobe Acrobat and Reader

Adobe is the bane of my existence.  The only software that makes my Mac desktop crash or hang is always to do with adobe. And the "autosave" is USELESS because the files are erased when the computer crashes (due to adobe).  For the love of god and all the money spent on CC the least adobe can do is create an autosave that actually saves.
