Avoiding "Title error" in accessibility Checker

Hello, I'd like to avoid getting a Title Error (under Document) when I create a PDF from a Word Doc.

I do successfully enter a title in the "Properties" section of my Word Doc, but after import into Acrobat I still have to go into File > Properties > Initial View and select "Document Title" from the "Show" dropdown.  Is there any way to avoid this step in Adobe?

I would love to be able to avoid this step on every Word doc that I import. Thanks!
