backup preferences save

I'm trying to understand which files or folders to save to have a backup of the settings of the panels, preferences, icons, the arrangement of everything in acrobat dc, so as to replace the files and always have everything with the same settings.

I deleted the folder:
C:\Users\<nameUser>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC

But the quick tools settings and settings don't reset so I don't think they are stored in this folder.

What files should I save?

The most settings are saved in the Registry.

You'd have to find and backup the relevant registry keys. Start looking under HKLM\Adobe. Be sure to also back up the %Appdata% files, Adobe use these for some functions.

You can find others settings (JavaScript, Sequences, Docs settings, PDF Optimizer, etc.) here:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat

Acrobate du PDF, InDesigner et Photoshopographe

I've seen inside this folder but I can't identify the files I need for backup (unless I want to copy everything, even the superfluous that I don't care about).

I want to save:
- Preferences menu settings
- Layout of the quick tools
- right side instrument layout
- Custom instrument settings
- Transparency settings

There is no information at all on what the separate files do. No backup or restore tool. Given that, unless you want to do endless tests (and redo them for each monthly update) I suggest you backup all the files and all of the relevant parts of the registry. If you aren't fully conversant with the registry, I suggest having someone else do that for you - restoring the wrong registry info can leave the system broken and unbootable in the blink of an eye. There IS somewhere information on some of the registry settings.

One reason there is no info is that the various different tools were written at different times, by different teams, different companies. Each team, time, company has its favourite or fashionable way of doing things.
