Bannerdruck funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

habe einen Multifunktionsgerät mir Bannerdruck-Funktion.

Damit kann ich normalerweise Papierformate mit einer Breite von 29,7 cm und einer beliebigen Länge drucken.

Aus meinem Zeichenprogramm heraus funktioniert das auch, aber nicht über mein Acrobat DC.

Ich kann zwar das Seitenformat einstellen, aber in der Druckvorschau zeigt er mir dann ein anderes Format.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hope you are doing well and am sorry for the delay in response.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using to check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20169 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

What is the make and model of the printer you are using? Please check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check.

Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works.

Note: Steps same for Acrobat Pro DC
