As of now I have to select them all, right-click on one and select 'Convert to PDF...' which converts, saves, opens each one. I want to skip the opening and just have it convert them so I can then combine them all into one pdf to finally print them all at the same time.

My true goal is to batch print up to 50+ excel files at the same time. Converting to pdf and then combining into one giant pdf so far is the fastest way.

  • In the application, go to Edit>Preferences
  • Under Categories>Convert to PDF>Microsoft Office Excel
  • Click on "Edit Settings" and Enable the check box that says "Convert Entire Excel Workbook" and hit Ok
