Batch File for creating editable PDF

Hello all
I have a PDF which is produced over 100 times by saving through Excel. The format of the PDF is exactly the same. What I have on it is two areas I would like to make editable so users can fill in part of the PDF.
I can make those elements editable for 1 PDF but need to be able to batch this for all PDF's. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how to complete it.
Regards

If you have Acrobat Pro then you can use an Action that executes a script to add the fields in the correct place and with the desired properties.

Thanks a lot, but I don't really know how to do this.
I have "Create New Action" on my screen.
But what exactly do I do now, to create an "action" that does this job:
Edit pdf and then save it using its original name again.
I have it running that it edits one file after the other.
But after each file I am being asked if I want to save the changes 😞
This should be done automatically...
Thanks for any efforts taken

You don't need to edit it. You need to run Text Recognition on it, and then save it. These two commands are available in the left-hand side of the Create New Action dialog. Add them in the correct order (first OCR, then save), and then you'll be able to run the Action on your files.

Thanks a lot. It's working now 🙂
Currently I am using a different name to save the files by adding -OCR at the end of the file name.
Nice feature...
Thanks again and best regards,

You can set the Action to do that for you, of course, by editing the settings of the Save command to add a suffix to the file-name.
