Bates numbering skips occasional page in document (Adobe Acrobat Pro)

Occasionally when applying bates numbering to a document, it skips random pages. You can see the bates stamp if you look at "preview" but you can't see it on the page, can't manipulate it and it doesn't print. If I "print to PDF" then I can add the bates numbering to the additional pages but lose bookmarks. Any explanation for why this happens and how to fix it?

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat you are using;

2. The Operating System you are using along with its version;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are referring to for a better understanding.

We also suggest updating the application to the latest version and check if it helps.
