Are you still encountering the issue? Please ensure that you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on your machine: 24.005.20320 (Planned update: December 10, 2024). To check for updates:

1. Go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates.
2. Install any available updates.
3. Restart both the application and your machine, and then test again.
