Black boxes over left had side bar

Hello All 

Is anyone else experiencing the black boxes apearing over the left-hand side covering the tools in Adobe Pro as shown in the imahge below. Can someone help me to fix this as its ridiculously annoying!

Same problem here! Really annoying because i cant split PDFs or do anything else! Please fix this Adobe!
