When I open some PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous version 2021.001.20149 they are completly blank.  I can open the same PDF in Acrobat Reader and I see all the content.  Anyone know what is going on?  I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC.

Thanks!

Hi there

If the PDF files are stored on a shared network/drive, please download them to your computer locally and then try to open them with Acrobat Pro DC application and check

Also, please try to repair the installation (Win Only) reboot the computer once. Go to Help > Repair Installation

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082
