Blank PDF's

I have DC Pro, and when I open up a PDF from local drive, the saved information will be in the blanks/fields, but by the time it finishes loading, everything is wiped out/the PDF becomes blank. I recently sent a filled out PDF to someone, and when they received it and opened it, it was blank. I have checked, and there are no updates for my software.
