Blurry Pdf when opening

Hi, 

Please can someone help me with the issue im having when i open any PDF file. Please see attached image. 

i have just recently purchased a new laptop and it was working fine and then suddenly it has started showing PDF files like the attached image.

As the PDFs open as blurred, please confirm if it happens with all PDFs.

Did you make any recent changes after which the issue started?

Share the current version of the application and OS on the machine.

Hi Meenakshi, 

yes this same issues occurs with all PDF files I open. 

No I didn't make any recent changes. 

I'm currently on version 2021.001.20155 Adobe 

im using window 10 64 bit processor

I wonder if this isn't a video driver issue.  See if you can run any updates that may be available for your laptop.  With some luck, it may be that easy of a fix.
