When I am in the bookmarks panel trying to drag existing bookmarks around in my document, the dotted insertion indicator line (the one that follows my cursor movement to illustrate where the bookmark will be inserted and whether it will be a sub to another bookmark if you release the mouseclick) is completely missing. Now all I see is my mouse cursor moving around and when I release teh mouse button, teh bookmark lands in near where my mouse is, but I can't tell where that is going to be any more. Sometimes i am too far to the right and it ends up being a sub to another bookmark, sometimes I want it to be a sub and it's actually a main. it's really hard to move bookmarks around without the indicator line.
This changed last night, I did not change any settings or install any updates and it's happening on all my documents.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat so that proper help can be offered.

One additional note, I just noticed that I am not able to make any sub bookmarks on any documents. They all only have teh ability to be top level bookmarks, no more trees, this is really a disaster and I need help! We use this feature constantly for courtroom presentations.

I am using MAC version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and my friend who is using her Mac with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is having the same issue, so this is a produce-wide issue for macs at least.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
