Hello Acrobat Experts,

Bookmark is unavailable in the files I just compiled even after I added the tab of "1.1, 2.1 etc." to individual file. Bookmark works most of the time except the one I just compiled. Are we able to tell what is wrong here? Thank you.

No, because you haven't provided enough information. Are you saying you can't add bookmarks to the file, at all?

Are you able to edit it in other ways? Or are you unable to click a bookmark (ie., nothing happens when you do so)? Something else?

Can you share the file in question, as well as your Acrobat and OS versions?

Thank you for the questions.

File A (left) is what it is supposed to be after I added "1.1, 1.2..." to the file title, right?...File B (right) shows no bookmarks after I did the same thing like I did to File A...so what is wrong here..
