Hey Experts, I'm creating an accessible pdf from Indesign. The Bookmarks are not shown/detected in the PDF though. Any idea what I might be doing wrong here. Thanks in advance, Rolf

Hey Amal, I found the cause (myself). I created the Indesign document in 2 layers. A text layer and a layer with all the images. To render quick I exported the file with only the text layer active. But, by mistake, I put the index in the image layer. So I basically rendered the pdf without the bookmarks. With the index in the text layer it works just fine. Once again thank you for responding so quick! Have an good day!

Hi @Deamer
Hope ou are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF? If you are exporting to PDF, please check the export settings and see if that works.
What happens when you open the PDF in Acrobat? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
Also, make sure you have the Acrobat updated to the recent version 23.03.20244, go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards
Amal
