Bookmarks, Stapled and Collated in Packets (high volume)

Howdy,
I am wondering if there is a way to print a PDF in packets based on the bookmarks...
Here is a little more detail...

Lets say I have an 80 page (merged) document. The first 3 pages = opening letter (should be stapled together). The next 2 pages = a summary (should be stapled together). The remaining 75 pages = long detailed report (should be stapled together). I have to print 100 copies of this every other week (I know, I know, waste of paper).

As of now, I print 100 of each document (Letter, summary, report) and then collate them by hand. But I came to the conclusion that there HAS to be a better way to print this document with stapled bookmarks and collated as packets...

Let me know if you guys know of anything like this!
